A friend of mine told me, upon entering the labour room, she just focused on the partograph without seeing the patient's condition. Since the cervical dilation plotted just few cm, so she asked the nurse in charge, " Kak, bila Dr nak buat VE lagi? "
The nurse burst out laughing. " Patient dah beranak dah pun dik ".

Merepek apa tanya bukaan berapa centimer dah, baby dah keluar dah pun. Miahahaha.
Moral of the story, selak tirai, tengok patient dulu, then baru tengok partograph.
Bukan tengok partograph yang tak habis plot.
